 9:30 am –10:30 am : Food as Medicine & Wellness  

 10:35 am – 12:35 pm : Hand-On Cooking 

 12:35 pm - 1:30 pm : Joyful Lunch (Read 5 Contemplations)

 1:35 pm - 2:35 pm :Hiking to Redwood Grove & Forest Therapy 

 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm : Acupressure  & Preventive Medicine 

 4:00 pm – 4:50 pm : Small Groups Discussion & Write Feedbacks

 4:50 pm – 5:00 pm : Announcements & Adjourn
